A pop-up pretend café with no fixed hours, no routine, and no expectations. Just good coffee, a side of lions mane mushroom extract, tea, and whatever else happens to be brewing that day. A few sweet things, something warm, something baked, and a room full of people doing their own version of being human.
Come in to work quietly in the corner. Come in to meet a friend. Come in for a low-stakes date. Come in to get out of the house.
7 Wilson is not trying to be your everyday café. At best, we’re enthusiastic amateur baristas. But one thing we know for sure, we’ll have the best coffee in town. ;)
