Pekoe

Pekoe is a small, sweet, slightly jumpy lady cat with a playful spirit and a modest amount of attitude. She is affectionate, but very much on Pekoe’s schedule. According to the pet psychic, Pekoe identifies primarily as “an outdoorsy cat who gives affection through purrs,” which honestly feels exactly right.

She’s also delightfully communicative. You will never have to wonder what she wants; Pekoe will inform you clearly, immediately, and with great conviction.

Pekoe is a sensitive soul with what can only be described as bionic hearing. The faintest shuffle, creak, or unexpected sound can send her into high alert, as though the world itself has suddenly become suspicious. She’s skittish, easily startled, and always keeping one ear tuned to the possibility of very concerning activity.

But when Pekoe feels safe, her softer side appears quickly. She adores a good tail pet, and in moments of complete comfort, she’ll happily flop onto her back and invite a belly rub, a rare and sacred honour in Pekoe society.
